A bit about me:

I’m the founder and principal consultant at Provecho Consulting, where I help my clients strengthen their capacity, deepen their impact, and lead with integrity and care. With over two decades of experience with nonprofits and funders, I bring energy, strategic insight, emotional intelligence and a grounded understanding of what it takes to help organizations thrive.

My career has spanned roles as a volunteer, fundraiser, program director, executive, and board member for both place-based and national organizations. I have always been a big picture thinker who can see the details that lead us to the vision. What has most shaped my approach is my early years as a community organizer with youth, low-income, and immigrant communities, where I learned alongside community leaders that meaningful strategies emerge only when those most affected are deeply engaged in the process. Listening—truly listening—became the foundation of my leadership and consulting practice.

Since launching Provecho Consulting, I’ve supported nonprofits and philanthropic organizations to build sustainable funding models, design and implement strategic plans, strengthen programs, and cultivate strong teams. Clients describe my approach as steady, thoughtful, and energizing, and appreciate my ability to bring clarity and momentum to complex challenges.
